🇨🇿 Kníže dne 3. března 2024 rozpustil XIII. Knížecím dekretem parlament na základě jednohlasného usnesení samotného legislativního orgánu ze dne předtím. Návrh podal předseda vítězné strany Realisté, Jakub Malý, jenž samotný zastupoval tři mandáty. Zbylé dva mandáty také měla jedna osoba – Matěj Svoboda, předseda SMNJ. Přesně tento faktický nedostatek osob na obsazení křesel v parlamentu, byl argumentací pana Malého i knížete.
🇬🇧 On 3 March 2024, the Monarch dissolved by the XiII. Monarch’s Decree Parliament, following a unanimous resolution of the legislative body itself day earlier. The motion was brought by the leader of the victorious Realist Party, Jakub Malý, who himself represented three seats. The remaining two seats were also held by one person – Matěj Svoboda, the chairman of the SMNJ. This factual lack of persons to fill the seats in parliament was precisely the argument of both Mr Malý and the Monarch.

Občané menderští,
vzhledem k jednohlasnému hlasování Rady národa o rozpuštění tohoto ctihodného legislativního orgánu, jsem se rozhodl tohle usnesení respektovat a rozpouštím tedy s okamžitou platností parlament, tak jak mi Ústava povoluje. Aby rozhodnutí bylo legitimní, vyhlašuji do 21:45 stav nouze.
Položme všichni ruku na srdce, chtěli bychom parlament, v němž fakticky zasedají dvě osoby (jedna s dvojitým a druhá s trojitým mandátem)? Každý ať si odpoví sám. Nicméně mi nyní připadne právo sám schvalovat zákony. Přináší to pro mě zodpovědnost, a tak věřím, že budu osvíceným panovníkem, tak jako tomu bylo doposud.

Mendersian citizens,
in view of the unanimous vote of the Council of the Nation to dissolve this august legislative body, I have resolved to respect that resolution, and I therefore dissolve Parliament with immediate effect, as the Constitution permits me to do. In order to make this decision legitimate, I declare a state of emergency until 9:45 p.m.
Let us all put our hands on our hearts, would we want a parliament in which two persons (one with a double mandate and the other with a triple mandate) actually sit? Let everyone answer for themselves. However, it now falls to me alone to pass laws. It brings responsibility to me, and so I trust I shall be an enlightened monarch, as I have been hitherto.
